A Community Filled with Patriotism

In Wilmington, they are very proud of the people who serve our country. They support they show is awesome! In the common in front of the school there are welcome home signs for the soldiers homecoming. Although it may seem as if they same sign is there for a long time, they change it more than we think. In the high school we have plaques that will be filled the names of the veterans in the town. There will also be a little tv showing a little film showing the veterans. There is an annual memorial day parade, to show its pride for its veterans.

Wilmington is filled with veterans a pride for the USA. we have a whole building dedicated to the 4th of July. The people who run the 4 of July building help plan the annual carnival for the youth of the town. A lot of hard work and dedication is put into this town. Not many people see how much it means to its residents. What makes my community unique is the amount of dedication and pride we take in the events happening in our community.
